Block Vista
Remodel
Block Vista is a unique mixed-use redevelopment that has continued to transform since its purchase in 2020.
Block V formerly know as St Johns Bock was built in 1889 and was one of North Dakotas first Banks. Over the years this building has had a colored history and will continue to be one of the most unique buildings in Grand Forks. Block V consist of two separate properties; a 6-story building on 2 N 3rd Street that boasts 2 floors of commercial space and 4 floors of apartments; as well as a 3-story build on 216 Demers that consists of 1 floor of commercial space and 2 floors of apartments. Redevelopment started in 2022 with new entry storefronts and all new windows in both complexes.
Renovations will continue into 2024 and 2025 with rooftop deck and other attractive amenities. In 2023 three apartments were renovated and this included a 1, 2, and 3 bedroom which have now been leased up. Demo and renovations have been started on the two commercial floors and common space. The two commercial spaces and all apartments have been outfitted with fire suppression sprinkler systems. Commercial spaces are ready for new tenants in 2024.

Corperate Center II
Commercial Remodel/Development
Grimsley Consulting's development team purchased this project from the city in 2021 with the intent to bring new life to the downtown Grand Forks area. This project had only one tenant that was potentially staying in place. Grimsley Consulting's team worked in collaboration with the city to solidify a 20 year SSA federal lease on the top floor. Grimsley Consulting quickly leased up the 2nd floor while remodeling the main floor for two new downtown tenants. As of 2022 this project was fully leased.
